Offences
&
1.
It is not allowed to consume or transport cannabis outside the Club.
2.
Being a pro-regularization association does not mean promoting.
3.
You can not transfer the product or part of it to third parties.
4.
You can not sell or give away cannabis because it is a crime of drug trafficking.
5.
it is mandatory to present the membership card and DNI or NIE to access the Club.
6.
Keep silence near the neighborhood so as not to disturb the neighbors.
7.
The members will all have to keep the local in good condition
8.
If you lost your membership card, you will be charged a fee of 5€ for the chip.
9.
Taking photographs and/or videos in the Club is not allowed.
1.
Transferring your membership card. It's personal and no-transferable.
2.
Failing to state the truth during the personal details registration.
3.
In any circumstances, a final sentence for drug trufficking will be a reason for expulsion.
4.
Not complying with the rules made by the Asoc. regarding health and safety.
5.
Not informing us of having been formally charged with an offence under Art. 368 of the Penal Code.
6.
Not informing us of having been penalised under Articles 25.1 and 27.1 of organic law 1/1992 on the Protection of Public Safety.
